You have found a rare Enhanced Ion Shield.
Too bad I'd rather have the Restorator atm... that and I'm pretty sure the shields don't stack with Lv3 EShield. Well... and I think 8000 HP per second is pretty powerful | |

welp... so much for the Restorator... just accidentally lost it because i dropped my mouse.. bleh.

Wow.. must be real lucky today.. I've found 3 Microcellulars, a Biological, and a few SGs.
